Online Bill Payment is Now Available

One-Five-O Water Supply Corporation is proud to offer our customers online bill payment through Payment Service Network.  This service accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Echecks!  This can only be done on-line since we do not take credit or debit cards at the office.  Thank you.

Simply click on the red "Pay Your Bill Now" button to get started.  You will need to register with PSN Payments first.  It might be handy to have a copy of your bill. If you do have your bill, call the office and we will be happy to give you the necessary information.  PSN also offers an app for your smart phones.  You can also call 1-877-885-7968 toll free, 24 hours a day to make a payment.

Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with the return stub portion of the bill. (This will be the small portion of your bill.)  To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five to seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.  PLEASE DO NOT STAPLE OR TAPE PAYMENTS TO THE RETURN STUB PORTION OF YOUR BILL.

Payment Drop-off Location

You may pay your bill in person at our office or for your convenience, after hours, you may place your check or money order in our drop box.  PLEASE DO NOT PUT CASH IN THE DROP BOX.  WE ARE NOT RESPONBILE FOR ANY PAYMENT THAT IS LEFT IN THE DROP BOX.  We only accept cash, check, or money orders if you pay in person.  We do not take credit or debit cards at our office.  To avoid longer wait times, please note that Mondays, Fridays and the first day after a holiday are normally very busy.

Payment Through Your Financial Institution Online Bill Pay

Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
