Welcome to the One-Five-O Water Supply Corporation Community and Website.  Please contact our office by phone at 936-767-8212 or come by the office, if you have any questions about getting water service.  You can also print out the Service Application and Agreement to apply for service.  You will find the application below and under the Forms and Reports tab.   The easement on the back of the application has to be signed in front of a notary for anyone on the Warranty Deed.  We can notarized it for you in the office.  You can then bring, mail, or fax the application to the office.  Our fax number is 936-767-4009.  To better serve you, we will need a service address to see if a meter has ever been on the property.  If a meter tap is already on the property or at one time a meter was on the property we will need the last or previous owner.  This will help in determining how much the install of a meter will cost.  We look forward to serving your water needs.
